Tofu making 4th May
During this course, traditional way of making tofu will be shown and explained. We will get to try the stone mill to grind soya beans, drink fresh soya milk, examine the change from the liquid form to soft and hard tofu. Then we can use it to make our dinner, tofu pancake with wild garlic and Sichuan pepper, light fried tofu slices dipping in homemade chilli oil, and a sweet tofu pudding.
Considering the space and time, this course will have maximum 2 adults.

Seasonal Painting and Calligraphy Event — ChunFen, spring equinox
Inspired by Chinese 24 solar terms, Luke and Min start to run a year long seasonal painting and calligraphy lessons from 2023.
Qigong in Victoria Park Finchley
It is free for everyone to join in. No experience required. We will do the warm up, and Shi Ba Shi (derived from Yang style Taichi), then Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades Qigong), at last Yang Style 24 forms Taichi. Sometimes we go for a walk or tea afterwards.
Sunday Qigong Practice
This is a voluntarily formed Qigong practice in Victoria Park Finchley. We practice every Sunday starting from 10am until 11ish if weather is permittable. When people are unwell or on holiday, just skip a Sunday. It is for local people to share their Qigong exercise, encourage each other to practice regularly, and it is free to participate.
